What is a Closed-Loop System?

​A Closed-Loop System, from the business perspective, is a system where products are created, used, collected, re-processed, and recreated as much as possible.  This is not a new idea, but there is a renewed sense of urgency around closing the loop.    

What is the Circular Economy?

​

Business transactions that keep materials at their highest value for as long as possible are what make up the Circular Economy. There are variations on the definition of Circular Economy, but this is the element that SSS works to facilitate.
